She looked out the window, anxious. Was the trolley here yet?
It finally hit her. She was wearing her wedding dress. She was ready to go. She just wanted to see him.
Excited and nervous all at once. Butterflies. This feeling that you only get once, for a moment, just before you get married. Waiting.
And then, in a blur of family and ritual and celebration and smiles, that feeling is transformed into so many others. Before long the day is done, but we are left with a lingering memory of that initial exhilaration. Just a memory, one of many, but sweet.
Her big blue eyes. His Southern Charm. We could not have imagined a sweeter couple, seemingly made for each other. Rita got ready at their home, surrounded by friends and family, wearing a veil from The Left Bank. After the ceremony at St. Josaphat Church we headed to Lincoln Park for a few wedding party photos before the party got underway at Germania Place. The Shannon Rovers, a pipe and drum group that Rita’s great-grandfather helped to found, got the dancing started, and dj Kevin Price kept it going well into the night. It was, all in all, a perfect day.
OMG you guys! These are stunning! The portraits in the beginning of the bride are amazing! And the backlit shots outside. I love them! So so good!
Jerry looks like he is ready to cry as he is walking her down the aisle. Maybe he can't believe that his baby girl is getting married. It looks like it was a absolute beautiful wedding Congratulations Rita Sullivan and RandyAlexander.
LOVE that backlit bridal shot of her messing with her flowers! Sooo many great moments. So many. Love it.
The bridal portraits are so classic and beautiful! Oh my goodness!
