For an hour and a half she sat quietly, pleasantly chatting as Jenny fussed over her.  A little rouge, a little eyeshadow, a little teasing of the hair.  We talked about life – our homes, our guys, our dreams – you know.  This woman, who came from halfway around the world to become one of the thousands of us in Chicago just trying to live our dreams every day, waited.

And then, a new Claudine arose from her chair and took her place.  With eyes that can see into your soul, and the power of an army in the slightest curve of her smile.  Do not under-estimate us quiet, wonderful, women.
