If you’re looking for a perfect spot for your fall wedding (or any season, really), check out Independence Grove.  Its extensive trail system is ideal for enjoying fall colors, the Audobon Hall is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. I’ve been reminiscing about the fall lately, and Amanda and Brad’s wedding at Independence Grove was definitely a highlight!

One thing that brides always ask me, is what can we do if it rains?  Some venues have better options than others, and Independence Grove was great for a couple of reasons.  First of all, the generous overhangs around the Audobon Hall made it possible to take photos outside without going out into the rain.  Second, the staff was awesome.  When the rain slowed down, we took a golf cart ride around the grounds with our driver helpfully providing shelter for our bride and groom with a giant umbrella whenever they became uncomfortable.  It worked out great, and we got some gorgeous shots of the yellow leaves.  See – don’t worry about the weather!
