Her smile never waivered.  Even when she saw him for the first time and the tears threatened, she couldn’t help but laugh.  And nor did she have reason to pause, for it was the best of days and she would experience each emotion – the nervousness, the excitement, the fun, the romance – for all the magic that they bring to this day.

Together, Nika and Brett are the kind of couple who inspire genuine devotion in those around them.  Their genuine caring natures, sincere kindness, easy smiles, and the out and out joy they experience together and with their friends and families, are simply contagious.  Their wedding day was suffused with that joy that they share and that they inspire in those around them.

From the moment we stepped into Nika’s getting ready room at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, with it’s panoramic views and the air buzzing with excited laughter, we knew we were in for a great day.  After an emotion first look, we buzzed around downtown for photos.  We just about died from laughter when a local police officer swung by on his bike to lend his handcuffs to the couple, and we cried and laughed through the beautiful ceremony and reception at Fulton’s on the River.
