Kamran and I have been in full wedding-season mode lately, and sometimes it seems we hardly have time to eat and sleep – let alone enjoy the summer.  But this evening we made our way up to the rooftop early to snag a chair for the Independence Day Fireworks.  For a few minutes we were able to let go of all of the stress that has been hanging over our heads and allow ourselves to get swept up in the display.
