When you are preparing for your wedding day or engagement photoshoot, it can be overwhelming to imagine how all the pieces will come together to become your story. Sometimes the extra effort you make to plan something a little special not only gives you variety and style in your photographs, but also gives you and your guests something to be excited about.
For example, we were recently chatting with a couple who really loved vintage styling, but weren’t really sure how to make that happen given that their reception venue was, well, not-so-vintage.
“Why not rent a classic car?” we suggested. Not only would it give them something to look forward to – wouldn’t you rather be chauffeured in a classic car than a limo or trolley? – but it would also give us fun opportunities for photos that we wouldn’t have otherwise.
Last summer one of our couple’s guests drove up in a vintage Bugatti, and we captured some of our favorite photos of the day.
