Jill is one of those women that you just want to be around all the time.  Her energy is contagious, and an obvious intelligence underlies her easy smile.  I imagine Ken is her rock.  A little more serious, but with a smile that lights up when Jill’s around.  They are the kind of couple that are just fun to be around, and we are so looking forward to their wedding at the end of the month.

We got together with Jill and Ken for an evening spring engagement session in Lincoln Park, and were rewarded with some lovely light and beautiful blossoms.

I think this image says it all.

We managed to catch the last rays of the sun before it set, and really just wanted to run around and play in its golden glow.

Jill has a sense of wonder that makes the world seem new.

We made sure to get some shots that said, “Chicago.”
