I'm an award-winning photographer who has spent over a decade capturing stunning images of women. My work has been featured online and in print, and I can't even express how much I adore what I do!

As a woman, a mom, and a small-business owner, it's pretty easy to find myself putting everyone else's needs before my own. You know, taking care of everything and everyone else except me. But there came a time in my 40s when I started dreading seeing myself in photos. Instead, I preferred to be the one hiding behind the camera, capturing beautiful moments for others.

You see, there's this overwhelming pressure from social media, TV, and magazines, constantly telling us that we have to look perfect all the time. But no matter what I did, I never truly felt good about myself. It always seemed like there were a few extra pounds to lose or more achievements to accomplish before I could genuinely feel proud and confident.

That's when I decided, "Enough is enough!" I was tired of feeling that way. I simply wanted to feel good about myself—proud of my past, comfortable with who I am in the present, and excited about all the incredible things I can still learn and become! So, I gathered a few close friends and embarked on an amazing journey of self-expression through photography.

Those photos we created? They're like a visual reminder of my newfound belief—a magical mirror, if you will. They remind me of how strong I am and that I can be anyone I want to be, no matter my age. They capture my essence and serve as a constant source of inspiration and empowerment.
