Some wedding days really do feel like a dream. A beautiful dress, amazing venue, and a couple that you fall so much in love with that you don’t want the night to end. Lauren and Eddie’s Rookery Building wedding was just like a fairy tale come to life. Yes, Lauren’s dress and details were spectacular, and we really feel like we could shoot at the Rookery every week for the rest of our lives. Most of all, Lauren and Eddie are the kind of couple you just want to hold on to and never let go of. Lauren’s enthusiasm and energy filled the room, yet her thoughtfulness and kindness made it easy to understand how she had held on to her best friends from grade school. Eddie is like her rock – patient, kind, smart, and handsome. They are simply perfect together – the kind of couple that makes us fall in love with love.

We have to say a big thank you to Liza of Bliss Weddings and Events for doing a fabulous job keeping the day running smoothly, and Joy Lyn Phillips for second shooting with us! And seriously, the Rookery Building really is Chicago’s dreamiest venue!
